We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our tours. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled starting time of the tour.

To cancel your booking and request a refund, please contact our customer support team via [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of your tour. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.

Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled starting time of the tour, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
